Redundancy in label transfer components?

We currently have two components solving the same task:

• annotate with popv
• labels_transfer with KNN and XGBoost classification methods

Should we move them to one component? Which name would you prefer?

From the meeting with @rcannood :

• Renaming now can cause problems with docs and used pipelines
• In the 1.0 release, a lot of functions and workflows will be renamed, so it will be a good time to make it
• Maybe after renaming, we should leave the old name as well for the backward compatibility
