improve logs when loading disabled plugings by making it more obvious that they are disabled. #422

right now, it says "Loading zipped plugin 'ID' (version 1.2.3) (disabled)" in mid gray. For loading enabled plugins, that sounds fine. But when they're disabled, maybe the (disabled) part could be changed to \\$f44[DISABLED], which would make it much more obvious.

That would be very inconsistent with the rest of the Openplanet logging, so I am against putting formatting directly in the log. Marking the entire line as a warning (to make it yellow) also wouldn't really make sense, since then you'd get a warning for every disabled plugin, even if you meat to disable it.
