allow collapsing windows #515

The default flag for UI windows is NoCollapse. It would be helpful to allow default Openplanet windows to be collapsible (log, settings, explorers (nod, pack, scene, fid)). I would also like to see the default be None but I understand if such a change is unwanted as it would affect every plugin that does not specify any flags for windows.

When I first made Openplanet, I never liked the window collapsing thing, so I've always used that as the default for all windows. We could definitely discuss changing the defaults.

May I ask why? I find it very useful to collapse windows instead of closing and having to reopen them from whatever menu they're in, and if you don't want to collapse you can just ignore that arrow lol

It just didn't seem like a nice experience back then. Maybe I need to give it another try and revert my opinion on that 🤔
