Campaigns page is missing Summer 2020 and Training #31

Summer 2020 not showing up might just be caused by a deliberate limit in how many official campaigns are shown - but I can't even find the official campaign when searching for it by its name (only other people's club campaigns).

The Training campaign is the most played official one, so it should probably be highlighted too.

Also, the list of official campaigns is getting a little long - maybe we can add a separate filter or a separate page for the official ones so they don't take up as much space on the main Campaign page (it probably only needs Training and the current campaign to be highlighted).

For reference, this isn't just a visual issue, the API doesn't contain the official campaign anymore either. The ID used to be 130, but https://trackmania.io/api/officialcampaign/130 doesn't return anything.

https://live-services.trackmania.nadeo.live/api/token/campaign/official?offset=0&length=10 returns it just fine, so the issue just seems to be trackmania.io's back-end missing that campaign.
