Include Map Link on COTD Recap Page #96

Would it be possible to have the COTD recap page include a link to the TOTD leaderboard of the map that was being played?

I'm not sure if this would require extra API calls or not, but having those same links on the overview page (either as a hyperlink on the COTD YYYY-MM-DD #X text or as a second button next to info) would be really convenient as well.

I'm not aware of any direct reference from a COTD competition to its related TOTD map, so this would have to be done by cross-referencing the list of TOTDs and figuring out the correct map by comparing the dates. Should be doable in both places, just needs some extra logic to determine the right month/day for a competition and retrieve the relevant info.
