For the record: these were encountered bugs:

A single connection appearing twice or more (due to splitting trains)
Every connection had a unique trip-id (due to a bug)
Station URI's which are not stated in the locationFragment
Departuretime which is after arrivaltime, due to a known departure delay but no known arrival delay yet
