Nodes missing #34

Some nodes are missing from this tile:

This way https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/170566643#map=14/-21.1392/148.9674 is missing some nodes that are clearly supposed to be in the tile.

This is related to https://github.com/openplannerteam/itinero-tiled-routing/issues/11

This one was fixed by fixing #35 yay!
