scrapers broken on demo site? #166

On http://demo.openblockproject.org/ we haven't had any of these in the last 14 days:

Building Permits

Open311 Service Requests

Restaurant Inspections

SeeClickFix Issues

Some import locations had changed, had to update the scraper config file.
