Timeline/overview switch doesn't function as expected. #172

When looking at the Timeline view, clicking to Overview changes the neighborhood name. Not sure if it also shows the wrong news.

Click to switch to Overview http://demo.openblockproject.org/locations/neighborhoods/back-bay/overview/

Large h1 "Back Bay" label now reads "South Boston". Breadcrumb nav is unchanged.
