Prepare packages for distribution on pypi #174

For ebpub, ebdata, obadmin, and obdemo: Need to make sure they have useful / well-formatted descriptions; classifiers; links to home page, etc.

And make sure media files and the like get included when i do setup.py sdist, currently they don't.
