Filtering by m2m lookup on filter detail page is broken #175

Example: This newsitem http://demo.openblockproject.org/restaurant-inspections/detail/33341/ has some violations. click on any of them and you get a page saying no inspections found. Why wasn't the item we just were looking at found?
