Administrative inteface to News Items is excruciatingly slow due to maps #212

My dummy database has about 30k items in it, and it so it's taking ages to get to the item admin pages. Nice, but should be paged or something.

(In [a754a5f78a4229fea2ba5d5afeac42f20b4b869d]) Turn off change list map on NewsItem admin page; it's too slow when there's lots of rows, and olwidget doesn't give an easy way to limit the query. Closes #219
