Merge my branch into master #15

Paul, this way you can see what the changes that I've made are in the repository. I've merged your changes from Master, yesterday, into my branch this morning.

@PaulMelloy, if you intend to merge this, I'd suggest doing it soon. It's harder to merge the more changes that are made. It was a clean pull request with no conflicts when I made it this morning.

I am have been working through the changes, it is just taking me some time as I need to become more familiar with it so nothing important is altered.

I reverted the commits to Datawrangle and import data. These were almost all formatting and the use of pacman
