Were two meta-analysis packages used? #38

Line https://github.com/openplantpathology/Mungbean_PM/blob/79c3fef4fd9e87a1aee30b90019d39f6d3e5443d/paper/paper.Rmd#L332 says that two were used. Did we use both netMeta and metafor? I thought in the end only metafor was used.

Several places seem to reference the use of netMeta but I can't find any analysis actually carried out with it.

Sorry, I went through the compendium and I find both in one of the Rmd files of the book, but I'm still not clear on this from either the paper or the compendium as to what was done.

The analysis is done with both. However both obtained the same result. I will enter something like the following to explain this in the paper:

The results of the netMeta analysis did not differ enough to provide different inferences compared to the metafor analysis and therefore will not be documented in here, see the research compendium for the netMeta analysis.

I’d just stick with one. No need yo include both to avoid confusion like I had
