Make `nofollowstate` optional #153

good question, I think there was a reason for it, right?

The reason was that for podcasts with very few readers, some additional fields in the Apple payloads were empty. We discussed if we wanted to make all of them optional.

Decision: merge. nofollowstate is not used in the API and schema, so it should not break.
