Add Podcast mission statement #29

I think we can start with a rough draft and iterate on it as we go. Fixes https://github.com/openpodcast/roadmap/issues/12.

I made a few simple edits (mostly formatting and fixing typos). Removed the sentence "This measure should increase the acceptance as the value for time is optimized." because I think that's what most Podcasts aim for. It's probably fine to just mention the estimated episode length and let the listener judge if the content worth their time. 😉 Apart from that it looked great! Merging.
