adapt stack to store data in DB and query with metabase #40

as Metabase or also Superset is perfect for visualization, we should use a raw database to store all events. we have to decide what we want to use for:

providing an API which stores data in DB? just writing it or solutons like supabase? #41
database which supports more complex queries (e.g. sqlite or postgresql) #42
visualization layer using Metabase #39

api in TS
MySQL DB
Metabase as analytical frontend
