Test chartable proxy to see if Spotify passthrough starts working again #43

it only works if the hosting platform support a prefix as described on https://chartable.com/teams/topp/dashboard/integrations/trackable ... they do not support a real proxy which rewrites the mp3 file paths as we do with out proxy -> therefore, can't test spotify passthrough
