DB connection should have deactivated json extraction

I think the best way would be a full DB dump for Metabase which includes a default admin user and the basic dashboards. This would need an small dump script to keep the inital import file up2date. This would solve all three points: connection setup, user setup, and graphs. As we pin the metabase version in the stack it also shouldn't harm to dump the db.
