historical_city_mayor/ID_TYPE/CITY_ID/YEAR

parameters

ID_TYPE: op_id, minint_id, istat_id
LOCATION_ID: id, change format, according to ID_TYPE param value
YEAR: year in the format YYYY

the CITY_ID parameter can span cities, only YEAR must be before current year and after 2000

Percentages of groups are complicated and, for most of the cities, groups are civic lists, and percentages have little meaning.
