Trade delegations to include SMEs

Too often Government trade delegations will include representatives from big business - and we then wonder why agreements are so skewed in their favour. I am not sure where the following would best sit but I would like to propose that:

All UK trade delegations be required to include at least one of each:

• A Top 10 hypergrowth company of the year in question
• Meeting 2/3 of following:
  • Fewer than 20 employees
  • Established within the last 2 years
  • A spin-out of UK University technology
