Modify resource/build.property #17

Mainly two changes:

Delete .zip file from repository, by issue #15. This zip file is an output of ant. Usually temporal file as this is removed from source repository.
Change resources/build.property to use relative file path, by issue #14. Dependency files and output libraries are now both under this repository (not under Documents). We have to copy libraries from here to /Documents/Processing/libraries but this file structure is easier to manage.
