Improve handling temporary files #6

Currently if we submit a trajectory the temporary file is deleted regardless of the success/fail of the upload. As a user, I would like to delete only successfully uploaded trajectories (or move the to the main folder), and to keep trajectories if they fail with a message about why it failed
