Please do work for this task in a branch called issue-237.

[x] Create and restore a backup of MongoDB files so that we know how to do it now that we have dockerized Mongo.
[x] Document the backup regime in the OPQ Cloud Developer Guide. This will involve making a new page called cloud-mongodb.md in which to store this information.
