Create test AWS deployment of OPQ Cloud #245

Please do work for this task in a branch called issue-245. (In case any Amazon-specific config files need to be created and stored.)

[ ] Create a trial deployment of OPQ Cloud.
[ ] Connect a single OPQ Box to it to verify that we can send data.
[ ] Create a docusaurus page documenting the steps involved in setting up AWS for OPQ.

I have created an AWS account called opq@hawaii.edu. Please see me for the credentials if you are assigned this task. It is running on the Free Tier right now.

The easiest way to do this appears to be Amazon Lightsail:

https://aws.amazon.com/lightsail/

This provides a virtual Unix server similar to emilia. Here is a very useful video showing how to bring up a Docker-based application within Lightsail:
