V4 Box #252

Please do work for this task in a branch called issue-252.

Create the schematics for the V4 box. This one fits without filing. Screen and button as optional features.

[ ] Add a header for a button and hook it up to the gpio.
[ ] Fix power entry pad with a larger hole.
[ ] Add an i2c header for the display.
[ ] Move the PI header 5mm west
[ ] swap the spi miso and mosi
