TO DO:

  1. Schedule 2-3 sessions with people in the Sales and Labs Senior Stakeholders personas, respectively.
  2. Conduct user interviews
  3. Synthesize feedback
  4. Create or edit stories to incorporate new ideas based on insights

THE NEED: As a PM, I need feedback from RH Sales and Labs Senior Stakeholders on the current state of OPL , so that I can prioritize and create stories that balance between RH business needs and user value.
