openprediction.xyz: backend not connecting to database #377

Describe the bug Attempting to navigate to openprediction.xyz/markets does not, in fact, lead to seeing any markets.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to openprediction.xyz
  2. Click on the "Markets" icon
  3. See error

Expected behavior Being able to see a list of created markets
