Update our rollup version #395

Updates to rollup >=4.22.4, which should help reduce our vulnerability to DOM clobbering attacks

My internet connection is astonishingly crummy right now and I get like 5 kpbs so I can't successfully pull and build containers; can someone clone this branch and try and install SocialPredict?

I have not attempted to install this with prod. Was this installed on dev successfully?
