Push tool update with a button #21

As we discussed during the call, it would be great to see if we could make it easier for non-experienced users to update tools in a different way than changing the config file.

We'd like to ensure that the environment is consistent for support purposes. Allowing user updates/installs will mean that every users' env was potentially different. We will ensure that the tools are reviewed and updated annually.
