Upgrade VM base image to Debian Bookworm? #69

The O/S should definitely be upgraded. The only question is the flavour/version. Debian Bookworm is the obvious/consistent choice but this is also the right time to change the OS.

This will also upgrade the bundled Debian tools:

handbrake
inkscape
gimp
