Assess and perform Apache Tika update #71

We are currently running Apache Tika 1.28.5, the last version 1 release. I know that I baulked at updating to 2.x last time but didn't record my thinking/can't remember my thinking. Take a look at this one first and either upgrade or decide why it's a problem.
