The "Action" dropdown item is essentialy used to define options. So to avoid any confusion with "Action Type", I would suggest to rename this to "Option(s)". Likewise, I would suggest to rename "Default Action" in the "Tools" tab accordingly.
Also, since options are optional I think it should be possible to run Execute without explicitly selecting something here.
Side note: not sure how future-proof a dropdown box widget element is for this purpose, because it only allows you to select one single option for each tool.
