FIDO should support multiple signature sources #218

Before it's possible to add other sources to FIDO, for example, #80, there would need to be some FIDO changes:

support for the concept of signature source;
some way of connecting signatures to sources (via a single sig file or multiple sig files); and
enhancements to the output to display source information.
