Rename 'plain-text' directory? #6

Just noted the 'plain-text' dir which actually contains something completely different! Maybe rename this?

Also, I rememember Andy once sent a Twitter link to a script hat automatically generates a list of all files in this repo + ident. results (but I can't find it right now). Maybe add this link to the main readme.md at the root.

Hm, well, that is rather confusing. Had some issues with git modifying the line endings. Will try to revert and redo.
