FIX: Replace string only error messages. #835

removed capability to generate Message types from strings;
rounded up core JhoveMessage instances;
left exception only strings alone for now;
bumped equalsverifier version to 3.14 for Java 17 build;
better tests for message classes; and (Java 8 build may fail);
