Show warnings for deprecated features #180

The following options/features are now only provided for backward compatibility:

--wrapper option (now only takes effect if --legacyout is used)
--legacyout option
Support for Python 2

If we want to get rid of them by the 2.2 release, it would be helpful to show a warning if they are used in the 2.1 release.
