Debian package: source version not equal to real version #41

When trying to build the packages for jpylyzer1.10.4 it uses version number 1.10.1 instead. No idea where this is coming from!

In addition (possibly unrelated): files .travis.yml and sonar-project.properties also contain explicit references to version 1.10.1 (and so does the setup.py script, but I don't think that's used by the build process).

This was caused by the version mentioned in the changelog. Works now.
