Add description of new -nullxml option to User Manual #42

Something like:

--nullxml : extract null-terminated XML content from XML and UUID boxes (doesn't affect validation)

Update http://openplanets.github.io/jpylyzer/usage.html as well.

Done for UM; updated jpylyzer.pod as well. Home page: wait until new binaries are ready (1.11).
