An alternative would be to discontinue the PDF version, and make a completely self-contained HTML version (CSS, images embedded inside HTML) available for download / offline viewing. This is no problem for Pandoc.

Fixed in jpylyzer 1.14.0: removed PDF and replaced by self-contained HTML
