Not sure if commentIsValid is even useful to set for the binary comment case, but I think this is the most backward-compatible fix.

Hi @midendian I finally merged this into the main jpylyzer code. Apologies for the huge delay but I haven't had much time to work on jpylyzer for the last year or so. Thanks for the patch!
