Fiel with mimetype error not detecting ODS-3

DOC-1: D:\ODS1\TestCorpusV2\ODS-3\WithMimeTypeError.ods [ERROR] An OpenDocument document SHALL be a single XML file or a Zip file. XML-3: D:\ODS1\TestCorpusV2\ODS-3\WithMimeTypeError.ods [ERROR] Not a well formed XML document. XML parsing exception at line 1 and column 1: Content is not allowed in prolog.. NOT VALID, 2 errors, 0 warnings and 0 info messages.
