The scheduling of adapters should be improved by calculating it having as input:

Global minimum and maximum period defined in configurations (example: min. 1 hour max. 1 year)
Plugin defined minimum preferred period (to be compatible with sources usage restrictions or behavior)
User inputted preferred period, to be saved into Source Adaptor in Knowledge Base
