Rename "Multi-modal integration" task to "Multi-modal cell alignment"

This would clear the way for other types of multi-modal integration, for instance in the case where we assume we multiple modalities in matched cells.

I'm not sure this is the right way, multimodal is referred to technologies extracting multiple modalities from the same cell.

I think that other cases are referred as single cell/bulk multi-omics.

multi-modal integration sounds more generic than multi-modal cell alignment. Could we rather create a subtask that specifically addresses the problem of integrating multiple modalities in matched cells?
