RNA Velocity datasets from scVelo would be helpful for testing denoising accuracy and visualizing impact of denoising methods on the velocity graph and velocity vectors visualized on top of a low dimensional embedding.

@wes-lewis Those can be obtained quite easily... I believe scvelo even has example datasets in their tutorial. Or are you looking for something specific?
