GitHub Actions are taking a really long time #722

The CI of in this repo is starting to be a huge bottleneck for openproblems-bio/openproblems-v2.

@DriesSchaumont and I made quite a lot of optimisations the -v2 to ensure that components are tested in parallel and inside of a PR only the viash components that were changed get tested.

However, as of late, the -v2 CI runs are always stuck inside a queue for an hour or more because of the v1. When waiting for the CI to finish before merging a PR, this can really slow things down.
