Changes in destVI code #824

This submission fixes a bug (link to related issue: https://github.com/openproblems-bio/openproblems/issues/821). Increased number of epochs for condSCVI and destVI. Reduced mini-batch size as spatial data is quite small. Increased kl term which increases deconvolution for small datasets.

@cane11 main is a special branch which assumes presence of repository secrets. You might need to move the PR to come from a branch with a different name.
