HiVAE CCC method - potentially without code #829

What is the method? A hierarhical variational autoencoder that reconstructs LR expression and full profiles to assess how well cells can be reconstructed from their LR-profiles alone to estimate interaction (HiVAE)... at least as far as I understand.

Where is the code located? Lol... i think there might not be any... leaving this here in case it comes up again though

Which task(s) could it be used for? Cell-cell communication
