Adding support for groupings to have a title value in case the grouping display value is truncated

@flack are you happy for me to merge this one? It's required for the last grouping demo.

Sure, but don't do the deployment to gh-pages yet, because currently, the build script will miss the grouping.json file, so the demos won't work on the server

Sorry, got confused between the PR numbers. I actually haven't looked at this one yet. Will try it with the demo I guess :-)
