Beginning of calendar #10

This is the rough draft, it will be cleaned up.

The calendar list is done for now, there is still no way to add entries without going into the code.

See #20 for one potential issue with this implementation.

Have not been looking at the code jet. I have tho tried the cod on the web and that works fine and looks really good.

I would tho like the sidebar on the right side to move out a bit since now the bar overlap the icons (see picture).

Never mind! I hade an old version! Looks really good!
